Some of the items are “One of a Kind” jewellery, it might not be able to reproduce twice because of some materials (such as stones) or designs. If any item is temporary out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the custom made or any other options.
I appreciate immediate payment on all purchases and I accept payment by PayPal and Western Union.

You don’t need a Paypal account to pay this. You can pay securely via your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or e-Check). Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click “Pay Now” button, system gives you the option to pay with your credit card. We do not charge for any item until it is confirmed and ready to ship.

You have the option of transferring your payment via Western Union
Please note that with regard to your money transfer, Vimala is not liable for any problems that might occur due to incorrect information or other mistakes. If I do not receive your payment for any reason, your purchase cannot be processed.

- If you would like to use this service, please deposit your payment and the service fee charged by Western Union at an agent location of your choice.
- It is essential that you name “VIMALA VITA” as the recipient of your payment!
- After transferring your payment, please send us an e-mail at admin@vimala.jewelry indicating:
- the full name of the person who transfers the money
- the code number of your money transfer (MTCN)
- the amount transferred
- the applicant’s name
- your country of citizenship
- and your VimalaHandcraft purchase number (if you already have one)
- Your e-mail will help me to register your payment as early as possible. As soon as your payment is booked to the account of VimalaHandcraft.com you will receive an email confirmation and your purchase can be processed.
If you are in Indonesia, you are welcome to explore other means of payment, such as a bank deposit or money order.
All orders are shipped on receipt of payment. Please pay within 24 hours or 1 business day after purchase, if you do not pay within this time (or send notification of intent to pay outside of this timeline), the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed. If you need a little more time, please contact me, I’ll try to be flexible.
Vimala gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping region, please contact me for a quote.
I gladly accept order cancellations if I have not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, cancellations will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If the order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay shipping costs if they have initiated the cancellation of a sale. I do not accept responsibility for uninsured items that are lost or damaged during shipment. If an insured item that you have purchased arrives in a damaged state, please try to photograph it for me, showing any damage to packaging as well as contents.
